Joshua D. Berkeley
Originally from Oklahoma, Joshua grew up fascinated by historic homes and classic architecture. Tired of stepping on legos, his Mother bought him drafting software at age 12 and he has been designing buildings ever since. After graduating with his bachelor’s degree, Joshua moved to the East Coast and worked as an associate for one of the top residential architecture firms in the Washington, D.C. metro area. While at the firm, he was able to focus his aesthetic for classic design and fortunate to have his hand in designing several projects, including a $2,000,000 shingle style house for a Capitol Hill attorney. Joshua enjoys working on everything residential from new construction to additions and is currently working towards completing his graduate degree in architecture at Virginia Tech. He is a member of the Virginia Historical Society and the Institute of Classical Art and Architecture.
